the Competition
The International Piano Competition “Premio Franco Alfano”
(former Sanremo Classico) was founded in 1995 by the
Associazione Musikstrasse. The competitions main aspects
are:
- A multidisciplinary international Jury with new members
for each edition including musicians and professionals of
the music sector whose artistic experience assures the
quality and the high level of the contest.
- The final step with Orchestra, which is an aspect that
characterizes high level competitions .
- The TV program dedicated to the Competition and
broadcasted on RAI TV network. This aspect represents a
great opportunity of promotion and visibility for the
awarded competitors and clearly identifies the innovative
mean of the competition “Premio Franco Alfano”.
